This class is right for beginners, as well as advanced students of Pilates or MELT®
The Class Series is for those who want to make MELT® a home practice. The series will break down the moves, teach you correct form and how to choose which combination of moves are best suited for your specific issues. By the end of the series students will have a solid foundation of the MELT® Method and the confidence to carry out a daily MELT® practice so that they can FEEL better, WORK better, LIVE better!
In the class series you will learn:
Treatments for the hands/Feet using the MELT balls
2 routines that target lower body aches/pain using the roller
2 routines that target the upper body aches/pain using the roller

The focus for this months class will be improving your performance for sports
such as, running, cycling, golf and
tennis. Neuro-strength techniques
will be used to increase stability
in the hips and shoulders and the
soft roller will be used to rehydrate
the hips and shoulders

Melt for Travel- After a long day of travel this class will decrease the accumulated stress in the neck and lower back. We will help shift your body into rest and repair mode so you can sleep better and wake up refreshed.

Melt for Warm Weather- Extreme Summer heat can really drain your energy. This class will help to flush the body of toxins and restore your energy by rehydrating the body and rebalancing your nervous system.
September 7th, 2019
Tech Neck- This class will decrease accumulated stress in your upper body and neck from too much screen time. We will even relieve tension in the jaw and around the eyes.
October 5th, 2019
Desk Sentence- This class will relieve the achy/stiffness caused by too much sitting at your computer. Release tension in the lower back, restore your pelvic stability and rehydrate the legs and calves.
