This Introductory MELT® Performance class is right for you If you desire:

This 90 minute introduction to MELT® Performance will improve:

  • Neuromusculature timing

  • Pelvic stability

  • Shoulder stability

  • Core strength

  • Body-mind connection

  • Sensory balance

Pilates Mash-Up Workshop

This class is perfect if you want to:

  • Experience Mat Pilates in a new form

  • Really find/engage the core muscles

  • Achieve mastery of Pilates moves

  • Fall in love with Pilates for the first time or all over again

  • Move Better! Feel Free!

This class is right for beginners, as well as advanced students of Pilates or MELT®

Class Series

The Class Series is for those who want to make MELT® a home practice. The series will break down the moves, teach you correct form and how to choose which combination of moves are best suited for your specific issues. By the end of the series students will have a solid foundation of the MELT® Method and the confidence to carry out a daily MELT® practice so that they can FEEL better, WORK better, LIVE better!

In the class series you will learn:

  • Treatments for the hands/Feet using the MELT balls

  • 2 routines that target lower body aches/pain using the roller

  • 2 routines that target the upper body aches/pain using the roller

The MELT® Method is right for you if you desire to:

  • End your battle with chronic pain

  • Boost your performance in your favorite sport

  • Improve your energy

  • Take charge of your overall health/wellness

Students must purchase their own equipment.

October 5th, 2019
Desk Sentence- This class will relieve the achy/stiffness caused by too much sitting at your computer. Release tension in the lower back, restore your pelvic stability and rehydrate the legs and calves.

November 2nd, 2019
Whole Body- Treat your whole body to this restorative class that features a pampering foot treatment, relief for the hips, lower back and neck, and a move that will reestablish harmony to your nervous system. It’s the next best thing to a spa day!

December, 7th, 2019
Melt For Stress- This class is designed to relieve holiday stress and reconnect you to that well of peace and joy within you. Revive your energy with a mini hand and foot treatment, upper back and neck hydration, lower body compression and a rebalance sequence to improve your quality of sleep.
